Обожнюю ці вітаміни. Кожну осінь та весну стараюся пропити. Відразу відчуваю енергію на тренуваннях. Вони додають мені витривалість та силу. Шкіра та волосся дякують за живлення. На курс потрібно 90 капсул, але якщо дотримуватися дієт та робити фізичні навантаження, то по відгукам дівчат, потрібно ще й на постійній основі пити по 1 капсулі завжди. Для дівчат краще вітамінів не знайти. Я вже перепробувала їх безліч, тому з повною впевненістю можу сказати, що ці вітаміни найкращі.
