Product exchanges or refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.


In accordance with the "Law on Consumer Rights Protection," customers of our store have the right to exchange or return purchased goods within 14 days of purchase if the product does not meet their expectations in terms of shape, size, design, color, dimensions, or for other reasons cannot be used as intended. Exchanges and returns are processed via Nova Poshta.

According to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, a buyer can:

  • Exchange goods of proper quality.
  • Return goods of proper quality and receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 3 days from the moment the seller receives the item from the delivery service.

Goods eligible for exchange:

  • Goods accompanied by a receipt.
  • Goods in their original packaging with intact tags and labels, and which have not been used.
  • Goods purchased no more than 14 days ago.

You can return or exchange goods of proper quality if:

  • The goods have not been used and show no signs of wear or damage, such as scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.
  • The goods are fully complete, with the factory packaging intact.
  • All tags and factory markings are intact.
  • The goods retain their original appearance and functional properties.

Delivery payment terms for returns:

  • When returning goods and sending a replacement product, the buyer pays for delivery. The replacement product is sent only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • If a refund is requested and the buyer hasn’t covered the return delivery cost, this amount will be deducted from the refunded sum.
  • If the product does not match the description due to the seller’s fault, all delivery costs are covered by the seller.

Procedure for returning goods of improper quality:

  1. Contact us to inform us of your intention to return the purchased product.
  2. Provide the shipment declaration number of the package you are sending back and the details of your bank card for the refund.
  3. Once we receive the item, within three business days, we will either refund your money or provide a replacement product.
  4. All courier fees or commission charges for refunds are covered by us.

Refunds are processed after receiving the product and are transferred to your bank card or via cash transfer through Nova Poshta within three days of the seller receiving the parcel.

We cover delivery costs only if the product was of improper quality. If the product is of proper quality, all costs are borne by the buyer.

Always inspect the product upon receipt. If you notice damage to the packaging or the product during delivery or upon inspection, an official Act must be drawn up, and the incident must be reported via the phone number listed on our website.
