Cash on Delivery — payment is made at the moment of receiving the goods at the delivery company’s office or at your residence (in the case of home delivery). For orders placed with cash on delivery, the buyer pays an additional Nova Poshta commission for transferring funds to the seller (2% + 20 UAH of the transfer amount).

You can arrange delivery of your order to any location (city) under the control of the Ukrainian government using the following delivery services:
Nova Poshta — the following delivery options are available:
- Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch
- Home delivery
- Nova Poshta parcel lockers
The delivery cost, based on Nova Poshta’s rates, starts at 60 UAH.
Delivery via Nova Poshta usually takes 1-3 days (depending on the destination region).
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number of the parcel.

** Paid orders totaling over 2000 UAH are sent with free delivery

Important: Inspect the Goods Upon Receipt
When receiving your order, it is important to inspect the goods. If you notice any damage, document it with photos in the presence of postal service employees and refuse the parcel. Then, please inform us about the return so we can resolve the issue in your favor.
Claims regarding product completeness or condition will not be accepted if you leave the Nova Poshta branch without verifying the goods in the presence of their staff.
