Stark Glycine is a neurotransmitter amino acid that exhibits a parallel dualistic action. Glycine receptors are found in many areas of the brain and spinal cord. By binding to receptors (encoded by the genes GLRA1, GLRA2, GLRA3 and GLRB), glycine exerts an "inhibitory" effect on neurons, reducing the release of "stimulating" amino acids, such as glutamic acid, and increases the release of GABA.
Recommendations for use:
A serving for an adult athlete is 1/2 measuring spoon without a slide (1500 mg) 2 times a day.
Pour 150 ml of water into a glass, pour one serving of the supplement and stir with a spoon until the powder is completely dissolved.
The best time to take the supplement is at noon and just before going to bed.
