Joint Support / Glucosamine - anti-inflammatory effect, which relieves joint pain, promotes cartilage restoration.
Official medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis uses non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs - aspirin, Voltaren, etc., which, while having an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, do not cure diseased joints, but subsequently damage cartilage tissue.
In addition, many patients develop bleeding ulcers of the gastrointestinal tract and liver damage. Even more serious consequences are threatened by the use of prednisolone and other analogues of glucocorticoid hormones.
Glucosamine, unlike the aforementioned drugs, not only reduces pain and inflammation of the joints, but also effectively and safely treats them.
This is determined by the fact that glucosamine:
- Increases the synthesis of chondrocytes' own glucosamine in the human body from glucose and glutamic acid.
- Glucosamine – it is the main building block of cartilage tissue, as well as synovial fluid that lubricates joint surfaces.
- Glucosamine has anti-inflammatory properties.
Currently, official medicine recognizes glucosamine as a safe drug with chondroprotective action, which has the ability to stabilize the processes of cartilage destruction and cause their reverse development.
Glucosamine significantly reduces pain and inflammation in cartilage tissue and restores it.
With long-term use, the positive effect of glucosamine significantly exceeds
Ibuprofen and other NSAIDs.
Since long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can contribute to the destruction of cartilage tissue, to reduce pain, they should be used together with glucosamine, but as the pain decreases, switch to using only glucosamine in order not only to preserve, but also to restore cartilage.
