This is a biologically active oral supplement called silymarin. It is used for the prevention and improvement of the liver, and is also known as an antioxidant. The substance is part of milk thistle.
Ingredients (per capsule):
Milk thistle extract (standardized to 80% silymarin) – 500 mg
Bioperine (black pepper extract) – 5 mg

Recommendations for use:
May be recommended to improve liver health and as a choleretic agent.
The product should be used as recommended by a trainer or as prescribed by a sports doctor.
Direction of use:
One capsule twice a day during or after meals for 1-2 months.
