The basis of this complex is MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), which is a source of organic sulfur. MSM – is a natural compound found in many fruits, vegetables, milk and seafood.

Sulfur (MSM) is a structural component of keratin (the main element of hair and nails), and collagen (the basis of the dermis). In addition, MSM is involved in the synthesis of glutathione – one of the strongest antioxidants.

Zinc prevents hair loss, participates in the synthesis of collagen, regulates the activity of the sebaceous glands, helping to cope with oily sheen and improve skin condition. Zinc also helps get rid of white spots on the nails, which is a sign of zinc deficiency in the body.

Copper protects the skin from the harmful effects of UV rays.

Vitamin C, amino acids L-lysine and L-proline participate in the formation of collagen, give the skin elasticity and elasticity, and help slow down age-related changes.
