Stark Citicoline (citicoline, cognicin, CDP-choline)

This is a nootropic, an intermediate in the formation of phosphatidylcholine from choline. Studies show that the drug increases the density of dopamine and acetylcholine receptors, and it is suggested that it is able to prevent memory impairment due to negative environmental conditions. According to preliminary data, citicoline supplements help improve attention and mental energy, which may be useful in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. It has also been found to affect the level of ACTH and other anterior pituitary hormones (this may be beneficial for some people, but undesirable effects in diseases associated with hypersecretion of ACTH and cortisol are not excluded). Also indicated for organic brain damage, as it affects neuropeptides. 

One capsule contains:

• Citicoline (CDP-choline, cytidine-5-diphosphocholine) - 250 mg
• Bioperin (black pepper extract) - 5 mg

Other ingredients:

• Maltodextrin
• Gelatin capsule

Recommended dosage:

1 serving (1 capsule) twice a day after meals.
