Sucralose - is a high-quality, intensive, heat-stable sweetener developed by the English company Tate & Lyle in 1976. Sucralose-based sweeteners have a pleasant taste, their taste will not differ from the taste of sugar, they dissolve well in water. A huge plus of sucralose is its stability during heat treatment (pasteurization and sterilization, which is used in the manufacture of canned goods).
Consumption norms
Of course, an overdose of any product can be harmful to health. That is why it is important to follow the rules of the "allowable daily intake". To do this, you should buy only those products whose labels indicate the type of sweetener and its weight. Experts advise giving preference to tablet forms, since they provide the most accurate accounting of sweet milligrams. The maximum daily dose of sucralose consumption is 5 mg per 1 kg of weight.
Recommendations for use: can be recommended as a food additive to replace sugar.
Directions for use: use by adjusting your portion to taste (on average 5-10 mg) in a glass of tea or coffee (instead of sugar). You can determine your portion by picking up a small amount of powder on the tip of a knife.
